We continue to experience SMS delivery failures on the Du and Etisalat networks in the United Arab Emirates. We have identified that this incident is only impacting a subset of Alphanumeric Sender IDs. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
